Can I purchase tickets at the door?

No, tickets are only sold in advance on our website.

 

How many people can I have in a group?

Only 4 people are allowed to enter at one time.

 

Where is the entrance?

Our entrance is located in the main park building on Ashland Avenue, look for the giant skeleton.

Do I have to show up at a specific time?

Yes, please arrive during your scheduled ticket time slot (for example: between 7:00-8:30pm).

Do I have to print my ticket?

Please don't! Use your mobile ticket and we will scan it at the door. Please have your QR code visible and your screen brightness set to 100% when approaching the ticket booth.

Is there an age restriction?

Our attraction is PG -13 and no children under the age of 13 will be permitted without parental advisory. We STRONGLY suggest no one under the age of 10.

 

Is the attraction wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, due to the structure of our attraction, we are not wheelchair accessible.

 

How do I get there?

We are accessible via the CTA Red Line train and the 22, 78, and 81 bus lines. Parking is limited to street parking available around the park. For more information please visit our Location & Contact page.

Is there indoor waiting?

Yes, our queue line is indoors along with our full haunted house. We are open rain or shine!
